Building Jobs and Opportunity
for Baltimore and Beyond
Rebuild the bridge and keep
Baltimore's economy growing
Bally’s proposal to build a $650 million casino resort in the city will create 4,300 construction jobs and more than 2,000 permanent jobs.
Let's keep building Baltimore's middle-class
Bally’s has a history of working well with labor unions, relying on them to build and renovate, as well as operate their facilities.
Through their partnerships with labor unions, Bally’s ensures that its workers receive family supporting wages and benefits.
The permanent jobs created will start at $52,000 a year, which is significantly higher than competing proposals and clearly demonstrates Bally’s commitment to create high paying career opportunities for residents of the greater Richmond community.
Let's keep creating opportunity in Richmond
Bally’s commitment to a “Community Benefits Agreement” for construction, which includes provisions for local hire and apprenticeship, provides a pathway to careers in the construction trades
for Richmond residents.
The Bally’s casino resort in Richmond will create thousands of family-supporting jobs in the community, with an emphasis on local minority partnerships and participation, and will provide a tremendous
boost to the state and local economy.
